How long are my Buy My Brain hours valid for?
From the time of purchase of your 5 or 10 hours, youâve got 12 months to use them up.
Itâs up to you whether you use them all in one month in a big flurry of website updates or spread them out over a year â but once that 12 months is up, your hours are gone!
What canât I use Buy My Brain hours for?
Hereâs what you canât use Buy My Brain hours for:
- Redesigning your entire WordPress website or changing layout designs of your exisiting site (I can do that over here though!)
- Copywriting (but this can be organised for you â get in touch to chat more about it)
- Ongoing SEO work
- Hosting and email support
Buy My Brain also doesnât include the cost of any paid-for plugins I install on your website or any big site migrations â if in doubt, letâs chat to see if what you need can be done with Buy My Brain hours!
If I have an urgent issue with my website, how long will it be before you can fix it?
Thereâs nothing worse than finding a terrifying-looking issue with your website and having no idea how to fix itâŚ
Thankfully, if youâve got Buy My Brain hours stored up, Iâll be on it ASAP. My goal is to get all updates done within 24-48 hours of your request â but honestly? Itâs usually much faster than that, particularly if itâs urgent.
If your request comes in on a Friday or over the weekend (or on a bank holiday), it will get picked up on Monday morning â because weekends and bank holidays arenât for WordPress updates! If Iâm ever away on annual leave, Iâll give you plenty of notice so you can book those updates in before I leave.
Is this just for WordPress website support?
Yes! WordPress is my jam, so thatâs where youâll get the most out of my brain. I know WordPress like the back of my hand â and even if thereâs something super technical that I canât solve myself, I turn to my IT-whizz of a husband who runs his own tech consultancy business. (As you can imagine, the dinner table conversations are riveting in this household!)

Redesigning a whole-ass website isnât a tweak, update or housekeeping task â so Buy My Brain isnât right for you if thatâs what youâre looking for!

What are your payment terms?
Payment for your 5 or 10 Buy My Brain hours is upfront and you can then call on those hours at any point over the next 12 months. Once either you run out of hours or your 12 months is up, youâll need to buy another block upfront to keep my support on tap.
